Renovation and adaptive reuse of former Media Armory building for new specialty grocery store. Renovations included new entrance and ramp, removal of interior bearing walls, and new covered loading dock. Project included underpinning of existing foundation walls and piers and installation of new lower level floor to house the Pennsylvania Veteran’s Museum.
